Return Policy

Unopened/unused products may be returned for any reason within 15 days of the delivery date. Reach out to info@pushsalesllc.com with the subject “Return Request” and we’ll send you an address to return your items to and the next steps.

To have your return accepted:

– Item(s) must be unused and in original condition

– Item(s) must be in original packaging

– Return must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery date

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Policy

We are only able to exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to complete an exchange, send an email to info@pushsalesllc.com with a description of the issue within 5 business days of delivery date. Exchanges are given at the discretion of Push Sales LLC.
