Using this on the basement stairs to keep my dogs seperated. Otherwise it would not be tall enough or sturdy enough for any dog except maybe a puppy that can’t jump yet.

I own 4 ferrets, and I have a storage room in my apartment where they can crawl under a wall and get to the heater/ac unit. So finding a cage to keep them out, one they can’t climb, but also can’t squeeze themselves through, and ALSO not be able to push out of the way that goes right up against the wall was really REALLY hard to find. This goes straight up against the wall, they can’t climb it, and trust me- they’ve tried. It doesn’t fall even if they try. If they try to put it and claw at it, it stays still. [this is all on carpet] It’s tall enough to where they can’t jump and push themselves up, long enough to cover the entire door way and more, and the gaps are so out of place they can’t climb even if they wanted too. The gaps are small enough to where they wouldn’t fit at all, but also small enough to where even if they tried, they couldn’t get their tiny bodies stuck in it. I strongly recommend this if you have small animals that climb.

This works for our small dogs, all are around five pounds each. Paint quality is poor. I don’t think it’s worth the price. But, again, it keeps our dogs out of certain areas. The gate is a good weight, hardware seems good, and it has light padding on the bottom. Will keep this gate. Would be 5 stars except for the poor paint job.

I was hoping it opened like a U shape, but it only opened like an accordion. It falls easy.

We have a couple of welsh corgis that think they can protect us by scratching a hole through the front door to get to the evil mail carrier. This gate solves our problem! It’s also pretty and well made. I’m buying another one as we speak.

Worked out well to cover wires and added a little ambiance

This a a beautifully made pet gate – great craftsmanship. It’s sturdy , easy to assemble and easy to fold. I found it too beautiful to use as a pet gate and decided on using it as a headboard. Oh yes I tried it as a pet gate and it worked perfectly . The stability was genuinely significant but I vision it for something else. Therefore my creativity kicked in.

It’s hard to find a good pet gate for small pets to use at the top or bottom of stairs, since most pet gates do not fit easily beneath stairway handrails. This gate is perfect for any small animals you want to keep away from stairs that are not strong enough to push over a solid gate. The gate is wood, with bumpers on the bottom for traction, and a zigzag structure to make pushing difficult. It also covers a wide stairway or doorway. Recommend.

I was worried this would be cheaply made, but it is high quality. Its heavy in a good way and sturdy. All the edges are smooth and it looks nice. I uses it at the top of my 1st level to keep my kitty from going down to the front door to fight with a neighbor kitty. It is short, but that is what I wanted. Perfect for keeping small creatures where you want them:)

Was looking for a heavy gate to block the stairs for for my 1 year old and this gate does the trick its quite heavy ide say 25 to 30 pounds in weight. a small dog shouldnt be able to move it if you are looking to get for a dog however a big breed dog might be able to move it when running in exitement.

They are good. The only bad thing is that they only fold one way instead of both ways. Had to flip one around so it would bend how I wanted it.

Solid and nice looking! I bought two fences and tied them together with a red bow. It’s perfect for keeping our dogs away from the tree and much better looking than the metal dog fence we used previous years.
