Again, I love this product. I was so happy to be able to buy it here.
HOWEVER, the box was crushed because it was send in an unlined envelope. The bottle was not broken, but I can imagine that it could have been.
AMAZON, have you forgotten how to ship products that are crushable or could break during transit?!
The last 4 shipments to me have been products that end up being crushed.
I will give you another chance, but If I get another crushed, broken or damaged item (Kleenex boxes damaged by BOX CUTTER) I will stop buying anything from your company.
Combine small products into a box, don’t ship them in a crushable envelope!!

My skin is super sensitive, more so than I realized. I have to return the product as it burned my skin. So it wasn’t buyers remorse. Not a fan of paying for shipping back, even more so that I cannot pick the carrier. Not sure I’ll do business with this retailer. I’m a firm believer you should not have to pay for return shipping.

It smells nice products. It’s lightweight for an oil a little goes a long way and it drastically reduces redness and sensitive skin issues . This is the third time I’ve bought this – and the first time buying it from Amazon and not Eminence and it’s actually the real deal .
